Our staff will deliver your order to addresses in Sydney metropolitan area. (A$15 / order)
To the rest of Australia, we will ship your order using a courier or Australian Post. The shippning cost will be calculated by the shipping address.
Our shipping cost includes the postage cost, the packing materials and administration fee.
Free shipping is available to addresses in Sydney, Melbourne and some other cities. Required order total for free shipping will be shown in the shopping car. For example, $200 to major cities metropolitan area.
Once the payment has been processed, your ordered items will be dispatched within 3 business days.
Return
We only accept your order return if you receive wrong products or they are broken. We check our products' quality carefully, however if you found some problems, we will be happy to work them through with you.
