This is one of the basic Junmai-shu from Jujiasahi. It is nice to serve warm with this tokkuri shape bottle. Also you can use the empty bottle as a tokkuri after you finish it.
Instructions; 1. Prepare hot water (about 80˚C, 500ml or 10cm depth in a saucepan) 2. Open the lid of bottle with a bottle opener. 3. Put the bottle into the hot water. 4. Wait until the Saké becomes 50˚C (3-5 mins) or your favourite temperature.
Well made Junmai-Kan-zaké tastes good when it is warmed and cooled down. The cooled down Saké (it was warmed once) is called "Kan-zamashi" (cooled warm Saké). You can enjoy "Kan-zamashi", and do not hesitate to reheat it.
