Very slight rice/malt aroma. Pleasantly dry flavour but smooth rice/malt leaving a slightly piquant, slightly astringent, lingering aftertaste. At 40c Dryness has become sharper and to the front. Astringency also sharper. At slightly higher temperature more rounded flavour and not so dry or astringent. Brief aftertaste.
