A new item from Jujiasahi in Izumo city, Shimane Prefecture. This "Izumo-dayori" is a Saké of "Izumo Ginjo" style. It is soft and light on the palate. Can goes very well with light flavour food like Sashimi, Tofu or even just steamed rice.
