Bentenmusume (Ohta-shuzo) created a batch of Saké exclusively for Australia in 2020/2021 Saké making season. This is one of the items produced from the batch. Nama (unpasteurised) items were arrived in Australia in July 2021. Then Hi-ire (pasteurised) items will arrive in March 2022.
"Nigori" is a cloudy Saké. The cloudy part of Saké is the Saké mush and it is rich of Umami, Amino-acids and nutrients.
