Bentenmusume (Ohta-shuzo) created a batch of Saké exclusively for Australia in 2020/2021 Saké making season. This is one of the items produced from the batch. Nama (unpasteurised) items were arrived in Australia in July 2021. Then Hi-ire (pasteurised) items will arrive in March 2022.
The standard style Junmai is always the best(?!). Usually Bentenmusume does not release their Junmai Saké before 2 to 3 years ageing. It is very rare you can taste young Bentenmusume Junmai.
