Very pale straw colour. Pleasant aroma of brewing rice with elements of peach & melon. The flavour is smooth with hints of peaches & pear leaving lingering aftertaste with just slightly astringent. At 40˚C the flavour is enhanced with all the elements leaving a more aftertaste.
