The latest and seasonal Saké from Hioki-zakura which we received June 2024. The difference between these 2 versions are the water sources. One is made with spring water from mountains which Hioki-zakura used to use for a long time. Then the other is underground water they recently dug a well. They tried to do the same as possible other than the water. Many people say that water is an important element in making Saké. So this is an interesting comparison.
