Houji-cha has good smoky flavour from roasted green tea leaves.
Ingredients: Organically grown tea leaves (3g x 10)
Instruction (HOT):
1) Put a (or two) tea bag(s) in a pot, and pour hot water.
2) Pour tea into cups when it ready (almost immediately).
Instruction (COLD):
1) Put a (or two/three if you like strong) tea bag(s) in 1L water.
2) Leave it for 4 to 5 hours in a fridge (usually over night).
