Tamazakura is located in the mountains of Shimane. This Saké maker is very small, and run by two brothers. For a very long time this Saké was only consumed by locals. From 2013, this Saké maker has become popular and now available all over Japan. While Rey was working in Hiokizakura, he was introduced to the Saké and these two brothers.
In 2015, Sakenet began importing Tamazakura Saké. Australia is the first country outside of Japan to be selling Tamazakura Saké.
