Bentenmusume (Ohta-shuzo) created a batch of Saké exclusively for Australia in 2020/2021 Saké making season. This is one of the items produced from the batch. Nama (unpasteurised) items were arrived in Australia in July 2021. Then Hi-ire (pasteurised) items will arrive in March 2022.
"Hiya-oroshi" is a Saké that the maker release it as it as after the ageing process, without the diluting nor the second pasteurising process. Generally "Hiya-oroshi" has the both of freshness and matureness at the same time. Bentenmusume does not release Hiya-oroshi usually, so this is a special item for this project. We recommend room temperature to enjoy the freshness, and warm for matureness.
