The latest Shinshu (new saké) and Hatsushibori's (first pressings) have finally arrived! We will be tasting the latest sakés from some of our favourite makers, Taketsuru, Fusozuru, Tamazakura, and Hiokizakura, and more. Followed by delicious Ume burgers. (Vegetarian options available)
